FAQ

  • For U.S. orders, it takes us 1-3 business days to fulfill the order, and then First Class USPS shipping takes 1-5 business days. Typically, you will not receive tracking, because it is sent straight from my mailbox with a stamp.

    For international orders, after fulfilling the order (1-3 days), it takes 6-20 business days depending on the destination.

  • Probably! Email me which one you want and how big.

  • Email us immediately with subject “Need help with mailing address!” If we already shipped it, we cannot give you a refund.

  • We do not take returns or exchanges unless it is a misprint or we sent you the wrong design.
